Processing location

Data is processed at the Owner’s head office and at all other locations where the data controllers are located.

Retention period

Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data is processed and retained as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. It may be kept for longer under an applicable legal obligation or on based on the User’s consent.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes relating to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be kept until the completion of contract performance.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be kept as long as is necessary to achieve those purposes. Users can find specific information about the Owner’s legitimate interests in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be authorized to keep Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given their consent to such processing, so long as said consent is not withdrawn. The Owner may also be obliged to keep Personal Data for longer periods whenever this is required to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

On expiry of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Following expiry of this retention period, it will not be possible to exercise the right of access, the right of erasure, the right of rectification and the right to data portability.
